we are back - still the same and yet a bit different. with azuya breath & flow we focus on more stillness, breathing and meditation - but for sure still flow & sweat in between in the usual azuya manner.

we take more time for breathing, flowing, meditating, powering out, recharging our batteries and just being.

we are so excited to be back and even more excited breathing & flowing with you again!
